We sell quilted laundry baskets, fabric storage products, bags, and other home goods. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, materials, manufacturing, and handmade or customized characteristics.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that every image, color, measurement, description, price, or other detail will be error-free. We may correct errors and update product information without prior notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States. We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Our estimated processing time is 2–5 business days. Estimated transit time is 8–20 business days after shipment. The total estimated delivery time is therefore approximately 10–25 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from holidays, severe weather, carrier operations, customs processing, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. Products must satisfy the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Customized or personalized products are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrect because of an error on our part.
Do not send a return to our Hong Kong registered office. An authorized return address will be provided after a return request is approved.
